Re: Proxy authentication.
I'm still getting this issue with 0.4.6.
Further information:
Proxy is an ISA Server Proxy. IE is set to Bypass proxy server for local addresses, and is set to be the same proxy for all protocols.
The authentication is done via NT Authentication to the proxy server, rather than a specified ...

''Check for updates'' do not appear to work through a proxy server that requires Authentication. It complains that Authentication is required for the proxy server.
This is a corporate proxy server running IIS and set to authenticate to the domain account.
