You go to Control Panel and select Uninstall a Program. Or just search for the word "uninstall."
"External uninstall software" sounds very suspicious, and is probably going to cause more harm than good, or is just malware of some sort. If you have deleted the uninstall information then all you can do is delete the files in x:\Program Files\Brandon Paddock\ and remove the autorun registry key (run "msconfig.exe" and uncheck Start++ from the Startup tab).
