How can I get this work??

I have this problem too. I'm running vista business 64 bit. I've seen people on a bare install get the weather, or any of the other stuff (google search results). Here's what I see for weather, notice the strange line on the left side. Any ideas?

Do you have any entries in the "Start Gadget" section?

Have you installed the latest version?

One possibility is that a bug in a previous version caused invalid XML files to be written out.  To fix this, you could try deleting the StartGadgets.xml file in the %username%\AppData\Local\Start++ folder.  It will then get recreated with the default settings automatically.

Your issue looks very strange.  It looks like the gadget is showing up behind the search results view.  This happens every time you try to use it?
