Is it possible to change the encoding of the javascript produced by the startlets to make the characters used in latin languages show correctly. I found how to edit the script producing the playlist, but I can't find any way to change the way the 'header' is produced, therefore SYSTEM_ITEMURL is unusable by the interpreter (always come up with invalid path error).
