Start++ is already fully 64-bit (it's a .NET app, so it gets compiled on-the-fly for the target architecture).  The only native code piece is the DLL that hooks into Explorer, of which both 32-bit and 64-bit copies are included in the installer - just so that users don't have to deal with two seperate installers.  Keeps things simpler.

Possibly.  Right now it's setting the CSS zoom property, I'm not sure if IE provides API access to their zooming feature.

Yeah I have that fixed in the rewrite.  I just haven't had time to work more on it lately, and being sick with mono sure isn't helping that.  Soon, I hope, though.

Just to share that I have the same issue, running Vista SP1 and Start++ 0.7.9.

Really odd that it works on all other sides on the screen, but the right one.

It seems that just the display is broken, as I can navigate the links and select them pressing enter, but I can't see anything. 

 Even more weird, google lookups doesn't work, but the dictionary and the wikipedia ones do.

I guess you're not using the same "tool" to display, but I just wanted to share feedback so it might help you solve or pin down the issue.

PS: is it possible to open multiple items when performing a search in the start menu? In pre vista windows versions this could be done by holding the shift key while clicking a menu item.
