Decimal numbers in xml config file have wrong format

When starting start++ on a german system I get an error message "The input string has the wrong format". The reason is, start++ writes decimal numbers using the language settings to the xml config files. e.g. ZoomFactor="0,8" (notice the comma). Decimal numbers in xml files should be written with decimal _points_ regardless the language settings.

Yeah, this is a bug that's been there a while.  Unfortunately I didn't get to it in 0.8.  I'll try to see if I can do a quick fix for it soon though.

Alright, I uploaded 0.8.1 which has a simple fix for this issue.  I still haven't got a machine set up to test it on.  Can you try out this update and let me know if it is resolved for you?

    I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks,
    Brandon

Thank you, decimal numbers in StartGadgets.xml are now ok.
